Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) in Mechanical Engineering

Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala, or Examinations recognized as equivalent thereto, with 50% marks in Mathematics separately, and 50 % marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together are eligible for admission. However candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala, or Examinations recognized as equivalent thereto, with 45% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together are eligible for admission under Management Quota.
The admission will be based on the rank list prepared by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations, Government of Kerala.
Reservation to SC, ST and other communities are available as per rules and regulations of the Government from time to time
Engineering diploma holders are eligible for admissions to second year B. Tech, based on the rank list prepared by the Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Kerala
Master of Technology (M. Tech) in Mechanical Engineering (Computer Integrated Manufacturing)
- Full Time Post Graduate Course, 2 Years (4 Semesters)
- 18 seats (Merit – 14, Sponsored – 4)
- Tuition Fees: Rs.12000/Semester (Merit), Rs.20000/Semester (Sponsored)
Candidates who have obtained Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production / Automobile / Mechanical Stream Automobile / Mechanical Stream Production Engineering with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from institution approved by the AICTE / Deemed Universities in India are eligible for admission.
Candidates, who have passed AMIE Examinations with a minimum of 55% marks for section B in AMIE Examination and are also eligible for admission.
For SC/ST candidates a pass in the Engineering Degree Examination is sufficient. For SEBC (OBC) students, a minimum of 54% aggregate marks in the Engineering Degree Examination is mandatory.
Candidates who have appeared for the final semester examination can also apply, provided he / she has passed all the subjects up to and including the 6th semester exam. Confirmation of admission of such candidates shall be subject to the production of qualifying degree - satisfying all criteria as applicable on or before the specified date.

The college will conduct the admission for sponsored seats based on the rank list prepared by inviting separate applications.
Admission shall normally be restricted to those with valid GATE score. However, this stipulation is relaxed in the case of sponsored candidates.
In case seats remain vacant due to lack of candidates with valid GATE score, candidates from Kerala State without valid GATE score will be considered against such vacancies. If seats are still remaining vacant, candidates from other states will be considered for admission.
GATE qualified candidates who satisfy the conditions prescribed by the respective authorities are eligible for scholarship subject to the sanction and release of the grant from the AICTE/MHRD. Sponsored candidates shall not be eligible for the stipend.
