NSS volunteers from College of Engineering & Management Punnapra along with other NSS volunteers from Alappuzha district and other reputed forums actively participated in the programme with the aim to eradicate plastic waste around the pallathuruthy island , a well known tourist place for boating. The program was cordinally organized by Pollution control board , Alappuzha and Haritha Kerala mission in association with boat owners association , Alappuzha.
