The Department of Computer Applications was established in 2025 at CAPE College of Engineering Alappuzha with the objective of imparting quality education in the field of Computer Applications and preparing students for successful careers in the IT industry and academia. The department offers a two-year MCA programme (four semesters) affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU). The department is committed to developing competent software professionals by providing a strong foundation in computer science, programming, software engineering, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
